Over our lifetimes, Ramona and I have taken numerous road trips: with our parents, with our children and with our friends. Included here are only those trips the two us have taken together since 2013.

Starting in 1985 with a journy to the former Yugoslavia, Ramona and I have since visited 52 foreign countries. The Covid-19 crises that began, for us, in 2020, found us having to cancel trips planned that would have taken us to 8 more countries.

That year gave us time to reflect and turn our attention to our own country. We find that there is much to experience close to home. We planned many journeys throughout our country that we were not sure when, or even “if” we would some day be able to complete..

So, with dwindling energy, aging bones, and less drive – we drive.
